Happy one year engagement anniversary.  I can imagine you must have really planned for the day you propose to me.  The intention and result of it were much appreciated and I am very grateful that you pick me.  Can you imagine, if not for covid, we would be getting ready for our big day tomorrow.  I see it as a blessing in disguise because there is so much I still need to learn before we tie the knot, like emotion management.  We may not get to have a wedding celebration even next year but I’m ok with that because I only want you. Have lots of fun in Monterey.  We will have a party when you get back.
